1. Who we are

Phone Interpreting World (phoneinterpreting.world) is a service of ABC Office, operated by ABC Translation LLC ("we", "us"). Contact: info@abc-offices.com, +1 315 820 1187.

2. The service

We provide on-demand remote interpreting by telephone. After your payment is confirmed, we assign an available interpreter for the language pair you selected, who calls the phone number you provided. The service is offered to clients located outside Europe.

3. Booking and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are charged per session for the duration you select. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details. Your bank may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

4. Duration

A session starts when the interpreter connects with you. The interpreter will let you know before the booked time runs out. Additional time requires a new booking. Unused minutes are not refundable and cannot be carried over.

5. Availability and refunds

We aim to call you as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee a specific waiting time. If we cannot assign an interpreter for your request, we refund the full amount. If we cannot reach you after several attempts at the number you provided, the session may be considered delivered. Requests for refunds should be sent to info@abc-offices.com with your payment reference.

6. Your responsibilities

You must provide an accurate phone number, including the country code, and be reachable. You are responsible for any call charges from your own phone provider and for obtaining the consent of third parties joined to the call.

7. Interpreting limitations

Our interpreters render spoken communication faithfully, but do not give legal, medical or other professional advice and are not responsible for decisions you make based on the conversation. For emergencies, always contact local emergency services first.

8. Confidentiality

Interpreters are bound by confidentiality. We do not record calls.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your booking applies. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to ABC Translation LLC.
