2. Data we collect

When you book: your name, email address, phone number, country, the languages you need, the topic and any notes you give us, and — if you ask for a three-way call — the other person's phone number. When you contact us: your name, email, optional phone number and your message. Payment data is collected and processed by Stripe; we only receive the payment status, amount and reference.

3. Why we use it

To provide the interpreting session you booked, to call you, to send you confirmations and receipts, to answer your questions, and to comply with accounting obligations.

4. Who we share it with

With the interpreter assigned to your session (only what they need to call you and prepare), with Stripe for payment, and with our hosting and email provider Infomaniak (Switzerland). We do not sell your data.

5. Retention

Booking records are kept as long as required for accounting purposes. Contact messages are deleted when no longer needed. We do not record interpreting calls.

6. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its own payment page for fraud prevention.
